How do I register for Maximum VPN?

Go to app.maximum-vpn.com and create an account using one of three methods: email and password, Google, or Telegram. Detailed instructions — in the Registration section.

How do I connect to the VPN?

Register at app.maximum-vpn.com.
On Android, install the Maximum VPN app from Google Play, sign in, and connect — no subscription link needed.
On the other platforms, download Happ, copy the subscription link from the dashboard, Telegram bot, or Mini App, and paste it into the app.

What is the 'subscription link'?

The subscription link (subscription URL) is a configuration link containing settings for all available servers. It is not a paid subscription, but a technical URL for configuring the VPN client. Copy it to your clipboard and paste into the Happ app to connect.

What platforms are supported?

Maximum VPN works on all major platforms:

Android — our own app
iOS (15.0+) — Happ, instructions
Windows (10+) — Happ, instructions
macOS — Happ, instructions

How many devices can I connect?

You can connect up to 10 devices to your maximum VPN account.. You can manage devices in the Devices section of the dashboard.

VPN won't connect. What should I do?

Try the following:

Check your internet connection.
Try a different server in the Happ app.
Refresh the subscription link (re-copy from the dashboard and paste into Happ).
Update the Happ app to the latest version.
If the problem persists — contact support.

How do I switch servers?

In the Maximum VPN app, open the Servers tab and pick a country — or let the app choose automatically. In Happ, disconnect the current connection, select a different server from the list, and reconnect. All available servers are already loaded.

How do I invite a friend?

In the dashboard, copy your referral link and send it to a friend. The referral link can also be found in the profile settings.

How do I link Telegram to my account?

Go to profile settings in the dashboard and use the Telegram linking option. After linking, you will be able to manage the VPN through the bot @MaximumVPN_official_bot.

I registered via Google, do I need a password?

When registering via Google, you are prompted to set a password. This is optional but recommended — a password allows you to sign in via email even if the Google account is unavailable.
