The device management section lets you control which devices are connected to your Maximum VPN account.

What is HWID

HWID (Hardware ID) is a unique device identifier. Each device from which you connect to the VPN gets its own HWID. This allows the system to track the number of simultaneous connections.

Viewing Devices

In the dashboard, open Settings → Devices tab — it displays a list of all connected devices with the following information:
  • Device identifier (HWID)
  • Last connection date

Removing a Device

If you want to unlink a device from your account:
1

Open the Devices tab

Log in to the dashboard, go to Settings and select the Devices tab. Direct link — /dashboard/settings?tab=devices.
2

Find the device

In the list of connected devices, find the one you want to remove.
3

Remove the device

Click the delete button next to the device. After removal, the slot will be freed for a new connection.
You can connect an unlimited number of devices to your Maximum VPN account.
See an unknown device in the list?If you see a device you did not add — someone may have gained access to your configuration link. Act immediately:
  1. Change your password in profile settings if you sign in via email.
  2. Check the security of your linked Google account or Telegram — make sure no one else has access.
  3. Remove the unknown device from the list.
  4. Contact support to reset your configuration link. After the reset, the old link will stop working on all devices — you will need to copy the new link from your dashboard.
You can also manage devices through the Telegram Mini App — viewing and removing devices is available right in Telegram.
