Devices

The Devices page lets you see every device that is connected to your Maximum VPN account and manage them.

Device List

Each device entry shows:
FieldDescription
Device nameAutomatically detected device identifier
Hardware ID (HWID)A unique hardware fingerprint for the device
Last connectedWhen the device last established a VPN connection
StatusWhether the device is currently active
Devices are identified by their hardware ID (HWID), which is a unique fingerprint generated by the Happ client. This ensures accurate device tracking regardless of network changes.

Managing Devices

Viewing Devices

All devices that have ever connected using your subscription link appear in the device list. You can review them at any time from the Devices section in your dashboard.

Device Limits

There is a limit on the number of simultaneous devices. If you reach the limit:
  1. Go to the Devices page in your dashboard
  2. Identify devices you no longer use
  3. Remove inactive devices to free up a slot
Removing a device will disconnect it from your VPN immediately. The device will need to be re-added if you want to use it again.

Tips

Each device running Happ generates a unique hardware ID (HWID) based on system characteristics. This ID is used to track and manage your connected devices. It does not contain any personal information.
Yes. You can install Happ and use the same subscription link on multiple devices, up to the device limit. All devices share the same connection.
Reinstalling the operating system may generate a new hardware ID. The device will appear as a new entry in your device list. You can safely remove the old entry.
