# Profile Settings

> Managing Maximum VPN account settings

In the profile settings you can change your personal information, interface language, password, link additional sign-in methods, and manage connected devices.

Settings are organised into three tabs:

* **Profile** — name, interface language, email and password changes, account information.
* **Account Security** — link email and Telegram as additional sign-in methods.
* **Devices** — list of connected devices and device removal. Details in the [Devices](/en/dashboard/devices) section.

## Personal Information

    Change the display name in your profile.

    Choose the interface language: Russian or English. The setting applies across all platforms.

## Security

### Changing Password

If you registered via email, you can change your password in the profile settings:

    In the [dashboard](https://app.maximum-vpn.com), go to **Settings**.

  <Step title="Change password">
    Enter your current password, then the new password and its confirmation.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Save">
    Click **Save**. The new password will take effect on your next login.

## Account Linking

You can link multiple sign-in methods to one Maximum VPN account for convenience.

To link accounts, go to **Settings** -> **Account Security** tab.

If your account is not yet linked to Telegram or email, you will see notifications on the main dashboard page:

  <Tab title="Google">
    When registering via Google, email is linked automatically. After registration, you will be prompted to set a password for additional security. If you skipped this step, use "Forgot Password?" on the login page.

  <Tab title="Link Telegram">
    In **Settings** -> **Account Security**, click **Link Telegram**. This will allow you to use the bot [@MaximumVPN\_official\_bot](https://t.me/MaximumVPN_official_bot) and Mini App with your main account.

  <Tab title="Link Email">
    If you registered via Telegram, go to **Settings** -> **Account Security** and link an email for password-based login.

  Linking multiple sign-in methods does not create separate accounts — all data and devices remain in one profile.

## Referral Link

Your unique referral link is also available in the profile settings. Share it with friends so they can also use Maximum VPN.

  Copy the referral link and send it to friends — they can register using it.
